Let’s see how many people are reading this update. If you’re one of those diligent, hard-working, attentive students, I would like you to do the following: I want you to write (or type) me a letter. A hearty paragraph will do, but you can write more if you'd like. This is a letter, so start it with "Dear Ms. Sanford," and end it with "Sincerely" (followed by your first and last name).
Here’s what I’d like you to include in your letter, but you are encouraged to say anything additional: What is one project/assignment/topic/activity that we’ve discussed so far that has interested you? What is one project/assignment/topic/activity that you would like to complete this year if time allows? What is something that I am doing that is helping you learn more effectively in this class? What is something I can do that would help you even more? Are your feelings about reading and writing changing at all since the beginning of the year? What's a question you have for me?
--Ms. Sanford
